The story
From the very beginning of Crystal Harbour one site was set aside.
A site unique in position and shape, a site on which, when the time was right, the heart of the community would rise.
That time is now and Prisma looks back to embrace the history of Cayman and forward to show what’s possible.
Crystal Harbour is one of the most active neighborhoods for walking, jogging, cycling, but lacks a place for people to gather. The public places at Prisma provide this.
The combination of many product offerings allows for a broad range of purchasers to be part of the Prisma community, from singles and young families, through to multi-generational households.
Prisma was planned to be developed when Crystal Harbour reached a critical mass of residents and with over 440 homes within walking distance the time is right to bring a new level of service and amenities to the neighbourhood.
The variety of building types, their profiles and their positioning had been carefully calibrated to offer great variety of styles and shapes while remaining cohesive and engaging.
The style and scale has also been thoughtfully approached to interface with the other elements of Crystal Harbour already in place.
